 The airtight, watertight design features of our welded aluminum cases which have an installed breather valve, double gasket between the lid and the main body, lockable latches (key or padlock) and a matte finish in the colour you want, make these cases ideal for the military and serious sports enthusiasts alike. Aircraft grade aluminum is shaped to exacting tolerances using precision Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machinery and the case fabrication process incorporates proprietary strength and closure features which are second to none. These welded cases are designed and manufactured I.A.W. applicable MIL standards / specifications and provide unrivalled durability and functionality under any conditions.
 Unlike working with plastic, creating customized cases with aluminum can
be achieved without expensive re-tooling costs and lengthy lead times. Aluminum also has natural EMI/RFI shielding properties which are a valuable asset when dealing with electronics and tempest related applications. These cases won't warp, blister or rot like wood or plywood laminate cases. They won't crack in the cold or sag and warp in the heat like plastic cases, and they can handle ultra heavy superimposed stack loads without stress on the payload.

Our cases are designed around your specific payload. Upon receipt of your specifications, our designers use
para solid modelling software to produce a 3D "virtual prototype" and / or technical drawings for your input and approval before a 1st-off sample is made. If required, these cases can be certified at an accredited independent laboratory.
